INGREDIENTS:
-8 OZ SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE
-1 PACKAGE OREOS
-1 PACKAGE BAKER'S MELTING CHOCOLATE
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Crush Oreos in a food processor or blender. I don't have a food processor so I improvised with a blender and it worked just fine. I blended the cookies in groups so that the Oreos became super finely crushed. Beat cream cheese until smooth and add crushed cookies to cream cheese. Mix very well to combine.
2. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 30 minutes. 3. Heat chocolate by microwaving according to package. (The melting chocolate I found even came in a built in tray so it was super easy to melt).
4. Using a fork, roll each truffle into the melted chocolate and place back on tray. Top with sprinkles immediately when chocolate is still wet. Refrigerate to allow them to set up for 10 mins. Then enjoy!
